    Hi what are the accepted payment options that G.S.B. offer at this time? The actual site shows them all but people have been saying you don't accept things such as western Union and money gram. #Help Please.

    Inside the UK, there are more options.
    From outside the UK, right now, we can only accept cash (your local currency), bitcoins and bank transfers.

    We don't change the website because we try to use older payment methods again when we can.

    At this time, we can't take Western Union or Moneygram - they have a block on us. If they take your money, it won't reach us & you'll eventually have to get a refund.

    Thank you for your help I will just send my payment via priority mail international ..that seems best since I can track my envelope up until it reaches the P.O. box in the U.K.

    Sounds good, but if you haven't been to the post office yet, registered international mail might be cheaper. The tracking may be a little less extensive, but they do tell you if they attempt a delivery and you'll know who signed for it. I think it costs $17/18. It might be a little slower too - just depends on what you're OK with spending.

    No I didn't I just got an email saying they were oos on one of the lines. I called and Sonia confirmed payment over the phone and advised my order will ship as soon as they can supply the out of stock item. Thanks

    Our emails like to go to junk/spam folders, and some emails will filter them out completely, so you don't see them at all. So, I'm sorry you didn't see the email. The important thing is they have your payment & everything's moving along.

    Yes I have given them all information that they need many many times and all they can say is we haven't seen anything yet! Surely the payment should've been received by now it was an international transfer? My ticket number is 25721. Any help to find out what is going on would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Hi I too am having some serious issues with customer service. I placed and order on the 1st Sept and did a bank transfer on the same day. I have not received conformation that you received my money yet! and its been almost two weeks any chance you can look into this for me? My order number is 163759.     I can ask the office staff - I don't have visibility to the bank account.
    Did you use a reference number or anything? If they have problems finding it, they will need more information from you.

    Thank YOU GORILLA for no MOnkey business!!! My parcel arrived yesterday, in prefect condition. Out of the 6 six beans that I selected from my order, all have popped in just under 24HRS! Will definitely be a returning customer with Gorilla in the near future.

    Thanks for the clarity! I fully understand the delays that happen through customs; which unfortunately varies with processing speeds.

    Customer service says they've emailed you about the issue. They already knew there was a problem when I contacted them, and it's not part of our merchant issue. It looks like they may be out of one of your seeds & are having a problem getting it.

    I am unbiased at this point in time, HOWEVER, Attitude has already shipped out to me without a hitch (13 days after order I received parcel) along with providing tracking just a few days after my order, not a week +. AGAIN, this is just my experience thus far; and will continue to convey my evaluation of both seed banks in the future to BENEFIT other members that are seeking a reliable/prompt seed bank

    I wouldn't worry about it, gorilla has been building quite the reputation on this site. If they were a problem you would be hearing about it in every other thread.

    I understand - like I said, there was a problem with one of our merchant accounts that processes payments and it held things up.

    I've asked the team when your order will ship & I'll also ask that they throw in some extra freebies for the delay.

    Glad to hear all is well! : ) Hoping I can obtain the tracking before next weekend. This order was more or less a trail order, comparing how long my "Stealth" order(DVD case) from Gorilla takes opposed to my "stealth" order (in Tee-shirt) from Attitude seed bank.

    The only real difference is in how long it takes to ship, and in your case we've failed miserably.

    Other than that, we both ship through Royal Mail, they both have to go through US Customs, then the USPS. Anyone can get delayed at any point. I've personally had shipments from the UK to the East Coast take anywhere from 4 days total to nearly 3 weeks, and I've had customers get packages well over the 3 week mark.

    It should go out early this week - there was a problem with our credit card processor & it delayed things. As far as I know, everything is back on track.

    First time ordering from Gorilla seed bank, although I've used Attitude Seed bank in the past without a hitch. Just wondering if their are any current discount codes for RollitUp.org? Also, if anyone has received some killer genetics that they want to share with me that would also be great to have some insight on recommendations, preferably Indica dominant strains.

    I think CTC is the current code - it'll give you 5 free Cream of the Crop seeds with your order as long as you hit the minimum. They'll be changing it soon - probably next week.

    looks like it shipped yesterday at 7 am . :) shows you should have an email with the tracking number. Should track at royalmail.com.

    The Facebook guy is simply the Facebook guy - he is not, and is not supposed to be, customer service.

    I ordered a package to the US but I never got I called the shipping company and they said I had the wrong tracking number the Facebook guy is no help and no one is returning my phone calls so I need a refund or to know what's going on with my package

    Hello, I was about to place an order on the website for some seeds but when I went to checkout it wouldn't let me separate my billing address and shipping address. Can I put my address and shipping address in the comments section or something? Help me out when you get a chance please I really appreciate it.
