HI Bern, As far as i know EC is just another scale to measure PPM on. My meter is in PPM so i don't use EC. It's like metric and imperial.
For PPM there should be a chart on the bottle of nutrients I would start with what the chart says divided by 2 .
My ppm is around 450-500 in full flower. I've bee using less and less fertilizer the longer I do this.
