hey...you go see your doc with form ..he has to fill out a small section...honestly once you get that yuor pretty much all set...send in to health department with BCI check and $ $10 if disable $75 if your not they contact you 2 come in for pic ID your allowed 2 caregiver to grow for you 24 plant total...hopefully I helpeed with your questions chrissy
