Got guns?

I own quite a few rifles, shotguns and handguns. I was the son of a police officer my whole life and my father taught me gun safety at an early age as well as how to shoot. Been a gun advocate my whole life since. I started collecting first hunting shotguns, then rifles and pistols. Own the following:
Handguns: S&W 2.0 9mm, S&W 38 Snub Nose, Ruger DA100 357 S/S, Diamond .380, Kimber Solo 9mm, Springfield XD 9mm, Springfield 1911 Operator 45, Walther .22 45 1911 Look alike.
In hunting rifles I have Browning White Tail Stalkers in both 7mm-08 & .308, Original Remington Model 7 in .308, Remington 700 in 7mm mag,, S&W AR15 in .556 NATO, and S&W AR .22.
Shotguns: S&W 3000 pump 12G, Winchester 20 gage semi auto, Mossberg Pump barrel 12 gage, JC Higgins 16 gage, and Champion Nickebocker 12 gage side by side (1895).
Also own a compound bow from Bowtech Destroyer 350, silent killer!
Visitors are always welcomed, intruders not so much!

I only bow hunt now and these pretty much stay locked up and ready.

My favorite rifle is my 1951 SAKO L46 "Riihimaki" in .222Rem. which was the first year for the .222Rem. cartridge

it was also the first centerfire round I shot as a kid, from my stepdad's Savage 20ga./.222 O/U so I'm sentimental about that

.222 will always be one of the best varmint cartridges . Where im from “aside from 22 wmr” it’s also the most common rifle used by poachers/jackers for white tail . Sako’s are extremely accurate and excellent quality .

I’m a tikka guy myself “most accurate factory rifles I’ve ever owned “ Most people don’t know that beretta is the parent company for sako and tikka . I believe they’re built in the same factory as well in Finland now .

That rifle is beautiful , and you can tell it holds a special place in your heart , judging by how well maintained it is for being 74 years old !
