That's a nice collection you got going, you will be busy for a while to come lol
The Mint Trip was developing balls and suffered the fate of being male and a threat. I'll grow 2 next time to increase chances of a female.

Snow Queen and the 2 Pineapple Poundcakes still growing. Snow Queen is much larger. Fan leaves are typically on the lower part of the plant but what about when a big leaf is a normal leaf ? I'll prune the center of the plant soon just to keep light going to the buds and keeping air flow. The top leaves are lime green. The plant goes out in the sun today, the coco dries out and the lady warms up and she'll be all dark green by this afternoon.

Snow Queen is AK47 x Angel98. Add Snow Queen to your list of beasts you would like to grow.

Although the Pineapple Poundcake isn't as big I really like how it's growing leaves all up the branches. It should be interesting.

Quick Update..

Everything is still moving along, Luckily everything has been fairly easy so far since I have a lot of other garden projects on the go this year. They are starting to settle into their soil and growing by the day now.. I took a picture of the Island Sweet Skunk but it didn't take, I will take another one this week. The ISS is doing well tho and starting to get bigger.

Roadkill OG.. This strain is smelling funky as all hell, she is also going to be needing her support system up this week.. I do not plan on topdressing this month, it will be a water only month, I will look to topdress at the beginning of next month.

GDP is still coming along nicely, I am starting to work her through the cage..

Dirty Dancing is still big and getting bigger, It will be interesting to see how big she gets.. The one in the far back is another Dirty Dancing as well.. Both seem to lean towards the DanceHall CBD from what I've heard..

I'll get another update as soon a I can...

Also since that picture I cleaned the bottom of the Dirty Dancing, I noticed that a robin took a shit on her.. These robins are out of control.. I have an infestation of robins.. These birds are annoying but also entertaining to watch.. The other week there was 2 males fighting and they were circled by a bunch of other robins who were cheering them on, it looked like a fight club for robins.

Dirty Dancing is looking very happy ! We need smell-o-vision implemented on this site to get a better idea of what "funky smelling" is :-). I took a couple leaves off the center of a plant to get better light. Wonderful smells on the fingers now. I don't know how close tea is to weed genetically but the smells can sure be similar.

I've had robins building nests on our front deck for years now. Prolific little buggers.

These Robins are becoming a problem.. I mean the are not harming anything "other then stealing my worms" and they help keep some bugs away.. They just get annoying, they like to follow me around, as I stir up the land making garden beds they come in and steal my worms.. They seem to know I'm not a fan of them stealing my worms because when they take them in front of me, they prance around a little bit like its a trophy.. Robins seem to be pretty smart but also they are bullies.

It's been a while since an update, I have been extremely busy this year, so I don't always have the time to log things..

Everything is filling out and moving along, Im doing clean up work on them now and spraying them with neem oil mixed with castile soap.. I have had my hands full with my fruits and veggie beds this year, I am still creating my garden from scratch and this take a bit of time, I have 4 complete beds done now, all of them are 5ftx 26ft x 2ft, backfilled with mushroom compost and several other things..

I will get another update as soon as I can but so far they are moving along, the smells are fantastic and Im getting anxious to see them start to flower.

Dirty Dancing, She is already pushing 7ft tall and just as wide, Im going to have to add another cage to her soon and I am in the process of cleaning her up. The smell on this plant has remained the same, it smells so good that I just want to put a blanket in the middle of her and curl up to bed, absolute wonderful smells. I'm hoping she does not finish up in November tho, lets hope she can get done in Oct.

GDP, she is starting to fill in nicely, she smells so wonderful, very musky/grapey, I haven't put a cage on her yet but I will be soon and I will also clean her out this week.
20220725_093853.jpg

Island Sweet Skunk.. This one was started later then all the others but she is starting to fill in.. She smells like she came from a skunk. I will be cleaning her this week as well..
20220725_093640.jpg

RoadKill OG.. I didn't get all the pics of this strain to sends, Im going to have to retake more of her on the next update.. She is filling in tho and smelling insane, it reminds me of sour dill.

I will get another update as soon as I can, but so far I'm happy with the strains, they all smell fantastic, smells from tropical fruity, to grapey musky skunk, to sour funk that reminds me of dill "in a good way" for some reason. We shall see how they finish up..

Hey Playk328.

It sounds like the ladies are growing like BIG weeds :-). It's nice to hear from you.

I planted 2 Frostberry outside and 2 Okanagan Grape. One of the Frostberries has purple, the other doesn't. The purple one has very thick, stiff stems and has 3-5 blade leaves near the top. Really dark green. Reminds me of the Deep Chunk with very nice frost on leaves and buds. The Frostberry with whiter buds has similar plant structure to the purple one. By the start of July both were flowering. I put 42 inch fence cages around the plants and with the high winds they cut down on bending plants. They are going to stack up very nicely. The purple version has some very good smells going on.

One of the Okanagan Grape plants is blooming but much more slowly than the Frostberry. The second Oky-Grape is just starting to bloom I think. They are very full growth similar to some of yours. From this picture you can't appreciate how much bud is started on the plant. Originally the circles of fence were 4 ft. across. The cages are opening up as needed. These were planted at the start of May inside.

Mine have not started to flower yet, Im expecting they will be within the next couple of weeks.. I am going to hit them with neem oil for the next week or 2 and hopefully after that they will start to flower.

Wow those are flowering up nice and early.. Shit I may have to look into this strain for next year.
I'm really liking how early the blooms started. The Frostberries aren't monsters though. The FB's are the 2 shorties in the front. The 2 in the back are Okie-Grape.

Peanut Butter Herijuana is another one advertising finishing before frost in northern latitudes. Green Dragon is Peanut Butter crossed with Green Crack which sounds really interesting. I also have seed for Peanut Butter OG which is PB with kush.

In the small cups up front: 3 Space Skunk just recently popped. Middle row: 3 Snow Angel. At the back, 3 Bodhi Baba Kush (only 3 out of the pack made it .... disappointing but I digress...)

I was thinking about trying to run the space skunk next year, I only have 3 seeds of that so we will see if I can pull a decent female from those. Gonna have to keep me posted on how yours turns out.

I certainly will - but probably in the other main Lucky 13 thread, I realize now this is a grow journal so I'll avoid posting here if it isn't about your grow.

cheers

It's my journal here, I kind of put this up just to keep an idea of where I'm at and to also put more logs out there for Lucky13, there isn't a lot of them out there, so I thought I'd put one out and we can see how some of their strains do. Feel free to post whatever, I enjoy seeing others work.
