Not sure that you could get 3 357's and a 600 over a table but definately two 357's and a 600 and I really don't think there is such a thing as overkill with LED's. The successful grows seem to use way more lights than the manufacturer claims you need. The 600 will probably be helpful to maintain heat unless you are in a really warm climate.
