Can you tell me why white spots have developed on the leaves of my plants?I'v never seen this befor.

I have recently developed white spots on the leaves of all my plants in both growing and flowering rooms.Ph is6.2 and nuts. are within the correct ppm.ranges. The spots start off wthie then slowly yellow.WHAT IS THIS ?
