Well weeby, since lowryder is an autoflowering plant, things looka a bit different.
The pistils may have shown 1 and 1/2 months ago, but because the lightcycle was still 18/6, the plant was still led to believe that it's summer, o it shouldn't hurry up on bud production. Now that you've changed to 12/12 the plant is completely geared up on growing buds. I'd expect it to show it's first buds somewhere in the next 2 weeks max.
One more thing, your humidity is a bit high and could produce bud rot. If your grow space is small (cabinet), you can place a bowl of rice near the plant. If you have a larger grow room, get a dehumidifier. Try to lower your humidity under 50%.
Don't worry about your plant, it's acting perfectly normal for an autoflowering plant. Your setup sounds very good, and your plant is probabily very happy with all that light.
