using promix HP, what is the perfect PH level? people say 5.9 others say 6.1 and most say 6.5 I am really confused

Is it possible to have issues with PH when putting "stonewall cubes" in promix hp? due to both of them requiring different ph levels?

Before I was doing light watering just more often and I was getting the same issues, they looked like they were dying and wanted water. Also they NEVER had any run off at all when I watered (until this recent watering) I thought the rule was at least 10%-20% run off must occur ?
