I have found the stc-1000 there cheap enough you think it would be easy enough to wire in?

If i knew actually what i needed with a instructions i could build something but i think the plug and play option be the easy option

It might not be able to be done then i was hoping that a thermostat would be able be wired in somewhere so guessing id just be able to use it manually then

The smscom hybrid would have a probe but a variac wouldn't it just slows the fan down 5 step manually useless its controlled by a thermostat i think
