Not supposed to (other than about 1/2" at the very bottom) but the drain line clogged causing the bucket to fill and drown the roots. Didn't but I do now. The plants were all doing amazing without needing one in the reservoir until this happened. Next time I plan on having a bubbler in each...

It's been 70s-80s here all summer so heat stress doesn't really make much sense. Shouldn't be low on water, they drip every hour for about 10 minutes. Salt buildup is a possibility though. Not a particularly hot summer here, 70s and 80s mostly.

And when they are happy they look great.... but they are so sad right now. :(

The leaves have never done this before.... if they were just reaching towards the light I would expect the leaves to be growing upward more rather than out like these are, no? I've been thinking about the overwatering because 2 of my 8 plants on this reservoir/nutrients are somewhat wilted...

I'm a first timer. Setting up an outdoor garden and went to get all the supplies yesterday. I bought this soil: And it ended up being this: This doesn't look right to me. Should I go get other soil? Maybe try one plant in this stuff since I already bought it?
