    Maybe under watering? May have bud rot? Or heat stress from the hot sun, or concrete slab next to them emitting heat from the hot evening sun? It didn’t help when i sprayed them w a little baking soda in water? Had very wet early summer.
    They were healthy, until 2 ft tall & i picked too many leaves off. Stunted there growth & leaves started dying, curling up & falling off, turning totally brown.

    Have to figure it out to avoid it next year. Appreciate any expert comments. Bummer on the want to be bloomer!

    Outside plants leaves falling off, and buds dying turning brown. Help they are dying! Can send pics. Just coming into flowering phase.
