i did manage to sort it. too much lime in the municipal water. was impossible to manage ph. also 80 ppm sodium which is toxic. bounced back ph to 8.5 within hours. i did try once with 200L and it took 1dl of phospourus acid to bring ph to 5.8. thats a bit to much.
with RO water and DIY...
theese pots are 37L and i only have 5 cm of layer of leca in the bottom, good for drainage in the beginning but when the pot is fully colonized one wouldnt need it. i did some pots without leca and you only need to be a little bit more careful with over watering before roots is fully colonized...
oh and yes, i went 95% organic with benes, tricoderma harzianum. rest 5% was some lefter over GH final part and phosphorus acid for ph down :-)
and im happy with the result.
and did my own cal-mag blend out of calcium nitrate and magnesium sulfate. made two separate solutions of 10% each in RO...

i just flush them right now so i could start over with my new nutrient blend. and i noticed this morning that the ph of the new res was 4.2!! it had floated from 6.0 measured both from ph pen and drops mesure to 4.2 in the res and the measure cup i had the meter in during night showed...
