As suggested I cut the branch off and the plant seems to be doing fine since, but I recently noticed some leaves looking like this:
I'm thinking it's a nutrient defficiency, anyone has an idea on what it could be?

If it's root rot I'm not sure how to go about it. The plant and pot are heavy and cumbersome and with the soil I have no good way of inspecting and treating the roots
Just went to recheck for a snapped base or stem and i can't see anything. I can even bounce the stem up and down without anything breaking
