3 weeks from harvest, is it going to make it?

Feed it! It's hungry! The leaves are fading, but they haven't fallen off. There's still time! You can get to the finish! Have you got anything with some P and K to add to the blood meal to get a complete fertilizer?

    Ok people, what's going on?

Within days of harvest? You should consider yourself Lucky and try not to worry too much. It looks like the bugs haven't had enough time to do serious damage. At this point I personally wouldn't spray anything on the plants. For sure discard any buds that are covered in webs and crawling...

    Going 2 weeks past harvest

Similar to the way old school guys love Epsom Salt as a flower additive. Back in the day, regular-ass Miracle Grow didn't have Magnesium, so they needed to add Epsom Salt for best results. Possibly with knowing why.

    Going 2 weeks past harvest

Does this sound crazy? If you feed a plant a high nitrogen fertilizer late in flower, the plant will absorb a lit of nitrogen, even though it's not using that much nitrogen. So it will "build up" in the plant. And cause problems like the notorious sooty black ash. In the past, to get around...

    Flower advice

Living Soil is cool, but plants will suck all the nutrients out of a small pot in 3-4 weeks, unless you top dress or feed in some way. If you're 3 weeks into flower your soil is depleted, and your probably right to be feeding some nutrients. Keep an eye on that little struggling plant for a...

    Flower advice

What are you using for "flower nutrients"? What's the N-P-K? Some flower nutrients are Complete fertilizers, with everything your plant needs. You'll be good to go with something like that. Other are like bloom additives or "boosters" that only have P and K. Those will not provide the...

Wow. I always wondered about the light color of healthy new growth during the trasition. That explanation makes total sense.

Ffof soil reuse, soul amendment recipe

Things are easier now! You can just find a nice all in one dry fertilizer and add 2-3 tbsp per gallon of old soil. There are a bunch of choices. You can probably find some "Dr Earth Premium Gold All Purpose" fertilizer at your local hardware store. If you want to stay loyal to Fox Farm...

    Is this mute burn?

Yeah, looks like too much nitrogen. Super dark green color, drooping clawed leaves, leafy buds, burned tips. What have you been using for nutrients? Is that the Espoma?

How much far red in my HLG 600 RSPEC?

Nice video, short and informative! Thanks. You said K lockout, not toxicity! I got confused for a second. Anyway, yeah that's possible with the conditions. I'll try lighter feedings, less frequent top dress and maybe mix less stuff into the soil next time. In addition to the humidity.

How much far red in my HLG 600 RSPEC?

Sorry man, no old pics. But this did come on gradually, starting 3-4 weeks into flower as I really cranked the lights up. It sounds like I need to find a bigger humidifier.

How much far red in my HLG 600 RSPEC?

I guess excess K could be an issue, I think my latest top dressing had some potassium sulfate in it. I didn't consider K issues because the top of the canopy looked at lot worse than the mid and lower leaves. And it's pretty much the same recipe I've used before. But I guess if the plants are...

How much far red in my HLG 600 RSPEC?

I've been hand watering. I guess about half a gallon at a time, every other day.

How much far red in my HLG 600 RSPEC?

Thanks guys. The plants I'm having trouble with are in soil, and smaller (5 gal vs 7 gal) than I'm used to. So soil moisture could be an issue. Environment: temps about 78-79 with lights on. Occasionally it gets a couple degrees warmer before the AC kicks in. Humidity 48-50%...
