first off, do some more reading in the beginners section. You should never put multiple plants in the same container. They are really stretched...bury them almost up to the first set of leaves. More light would definitely help, as far as the yellowing, im not 100 but it could be either burn...

if it has fertilizer in it its possible that they are getting burnt from the nutrients in the soil.

first off, just a guess but its prolly lemon skunk and purple kush. When re-potting you may have slightly damaged the root system, its probably just stunted. What kind of soil? and also pics would prolly get you some more answers
