I use a net and weave the branches in if they are too tall.

I like 8 weeks of veg (including cloning time), longer veg=bigger yield if you have enough light as it seems you do. With indicas I wouldn't worry about height, but with Sativas I had to tie them down as they got over 2meters in height...

Would it be worth to upgrade from cxb 3590's? cxb 3590@1400 has 2.41 µmol/J the QB288v2 2.47 µmol/J. They seem equal to me but I might be missing something?

looks like cheap stuff honestly, a good LED fixture is gonna cost you a lot so dont think that you can sell that stuff on CL and buy a cob fixture ;)

To replace a 1000w hps with led you would need 600w of cobs at least. So that would get expensive, only worth if you plan to grow for a while(would be overkill for that tent anyway)... I say either get that 5x5 out or dont use a tent at all, looks like you are in a garage?

Are they running them at 2.4mA? that is still around 46% efficient for a 3500k db, right? Isn't the driver alone over 200 bucks? wonder if this is legit. Anyone ever ordered something else from them?
