H4V, have you read Dr. Gram's book the
80/10/10 diet? Pretty much raw fruit and greens. I have not been able to give up my kefir smoothies and go his way yet. I want to because it would be interesting to see how I felt on such a pure diet.
I have been doing the green smoothies for about a year now. Instead of water I make my own milk kefir which is full of probiotics and healthy microbes. I add fresh greens fruit and bananas. I have lost about 35 lbs since last janurary. For 6 months I was very strict and only ate green smoothies...
