i recomend checking out horticulture lighting group. i bought 2 288 rspec v2s quantum boards with a heatsink for 200 just had to buy a driver i recommend the hlg-240h-c2100a for 2 boards. not enough light for a 4x4 you could flower a 3x3 though. better to buy quality light than some Amazon...
