runoff is about PH is 6.0.... now what??

OK. Last watering was at a PH of 6.0... next watering will be at 6.5... Have not tested the runoff yet...

I use arrowhead distilled water... bad or good or fine? does this give my water a balanced PH?

*Also, its been very moist lately with a lot of over cast where i live. Could this b part of the problem?

where can i get ph tester kits? .. and how do i test the PH runoff?

Not sure whats going on... any advice would be great... New leafs are curling down with dark purplish color starting at the tips. older leafs look like picture... no leafs have any dead or burned sections...Using miracle grow moisture control soil and nothing else... outdoor plant...
