Yo man I would definitely leave the seedlings under the dome for a couple days... I dunno what merricus was saying. Put the dome on the shelf and leave the vents closed. The inside of the dome should stay at a decent temp and around 80-85% rh. At this point I would basically try to be as hands-off as possible. Keep your 1" cubes moist but not wet. After a day or two you need to start hardening them up by opening the vents and then removing the lid. Remember that at this point they're gonna dry out MUCH faster.
