it's not needed, but it will def give you better results. try throwing some buds into the jar and see if moisture builds up. if they do, take them out as they are not ready

No man i wont be able to tell you exactly but i can give you a rough idea, and i was reading your post and yea just feeding it water will be fine for my first two grows i only gave them water the whole way thru!

please help i have a bug problem! these bugs look like little bouncing worms and there are a bunch of them any idea?
