So my plant started sprouting what I think some call white hairs, i dont really remember the parts of a plant from elementary school, but, the hairs are at each branch near the main stem, and, at the very top. The hairs are geting longer and longer and there are more of them, but, nothing else...

Guys,this is still over my head, when you say "blueish" what are you talking about? the packaging, the bulb itself, or what? How do i know when im starring at a pack of CFL's if they are 6500 or 2700k? Lumens and watts are the ONLY numbers i see on the packing, nothing about yellow, or blue light.

well I just learned something, thank you. Now, how do I tell the color temperature of the bulbs i buy? I have some "Soft white" but i only see lumens, no color temp numbers. when people said grow under 2700 cfl's, i thought they meant lumens so i got some cfl's that put out 2600 lumens cuz that...

thanks mygirls, I have been looking at what seems like HUNDREDS of pictures trying to diagnose my plants! Overwatered and Underwatered look exactly the same to me! but yea, i havnt watered them in 3 days, i think I will water it tuesday.

Ok, so from these forums everyone says use daylight CFL's for while your trying to grow and it should be about 6500 lumens. Well, i got a pack of these "daylight" cfl's from homedepot for 8$ but the packaging says its only 1400lumens. What am I missing here? All of the packages labled daylight...
