also to me the plants recovered pretty well. considering that are autos... some better, others worst like the amnesia but generally they recovered. the amnesia was the one hit harder

Regarding defoliation, how many times you can do it on autos? It’s helpful in order to get the light in the middle of the plant and increase the buds dimensions ? Or just create stress ti the plant ?
