Well I don't think it's idustrial because I found it growing, I don't think anybody planted it

Ok so I found some marihuana growing outside and thought I'd try some. So I dried and proceeded to try and smoke it. everything went great except for the fact that I never got high. What did I do wrong? This is s picture just to clarify if it is marihuana http://imgur.com/ODvhj3l
