diagnosed with Multiple sclerosis on december 28th 2012 .... fighting to stay active and somewhat normal after 23 years of HVAC/R work on top of every hot roof and confined space ever created .
150+ temperatures for 4 to 5 hours at a time (2 hours in the warehouse freezer after) and then 4 to 5 more hours in the tube , or on a roof , or in a basement ....
my life went from traveling the world and working like a ........ im not sure what to compare it to since most of the work i did would kill normal humans who were not raised in death valley and bullhead city . it was bad , and now im broke because i cant work ... lucky for me i made lots of contacts who have helped me get arrangements made to get the meds i need to sleep and eat and quell the neurological tremors and cramps in my chest and legs
just seeking the wisdom of those of you who have been doing this .. im new to this and im trying to better my situation
