It's a good idea to keep your fan inside the grow. That way you keep the sound of the fan more muffled. If you have an attic in your house, you can vent into that. This way you won't have an odd vent sticking out of your house and raising possible attention from people passing by.

Actually, I made a mistake. Ozonators can be dangerous for humans. I don't think ionizers can be harmful.

Ionizers don't change anything to a plant's growth. In too large amounts and over time, it can be toxic to humans too ... but many will question this.
