my plant has never been fed nutes all but once about 3 weeks ago and my plant is about 43 days old im guessing

my marijuana plant is about 40 days old leafs are getting specs of gold in the middle of the leafs and a little on the sides also.The plant's leafs are also getting wrinkley and 1 is curling under what do i do!?!?? help please!!!!
