Did you consider that maybe it's too much light too close for clones? See how they do with just one or two of the strips instead of 4. And keep the clones at least a foot away.
Nice. I'd turn down the lights even more and give your plants a couple of days to recover and slowly turn the intensity back up as your plants show they can handle it.
I had very bad luck with Solis Tek. Knocked out wifi and all AM radio in the vicinity. I had very good luck with Gavita Growamp. Stick with Gavita. I never post. But my experience with Solis Tek was so bad I had to post.
Tropf Blumats work great for unattended gardens and can scale to support a lot of plants. There is a giant thread on icmag. It requires some research to use them correctly but they work as advertised. Autopots are probably simpler to set up for a small garden.
