i've used organic insecticides and they have failed me. yeah, i know its a dumb question, but i'm pissed off and dont want my plant to be gone before it can even bud.

my outdoor plant is starting to get eaten up by pests and i'm not cool with that. is there any way to force an outdoor plant into flowering without having to buy lights and bring it inside?
