It's not cfl it's like a normal house bulb I know they say u can't grow it with one of these but I did in the past and grew up to 9 inch tall and it died when it was transplanted I'm trying again but I'm just making sure I use the lighting correctly this time as in how close to the seedling it...

I want to know how far should a 60 watt regular plant light bulb should be from my seedling??? It has foil paper around to not loose lighting any ideas how close should it be??!
