Here is the link to the splitter. But honestly I would go with 3 light socket "Y" splitters put together to make a 4 light holder. I also added the link to those. The reason being that with 3 of the "Y" style splitters put together it spreads the lights out more, the 4 splitter keeps the lights too close together. Hope this helps.
