Im moving to PH in feb-marts 2015.
Im planning to grow for personal use when i arrive and thought you could explain the grow police situation in PH.
My plan is to move to Dumaguete (or Cebu), stay under the radar, but grow a few plants in my house.
If you can give me some info on the level on undercover i need to act that would be great.
