This is my first time growing. It was indoors, on a windowsill, getting around 8 hours of sunlight at the peak of summer. It had a couple of problems with bugs that had to be addressed & I didn't start feeding it extra nutrients until 6 weeks ago. Is it worth "flushing" at this stage?

Another question... I've been reading that the lower buds on plants can restrict the full potential of the higher, end buds. But, this only seems to be the case when the plant's so bushy that the lower buds are in partial shade. My plant has several tiny buds along the full length of the plant...
