just posted pictures!!! thanks for all the help so far. I might have acted too soon but I went ahead and sprayed all plants with peroxide/water. I also rubbed all the white circles off of the leaves. If anyone has any other ideas please let me know, as you can see the leaves are drooping mad...

My plants sprouted 3 weeks ago, they are in a closet, I did over water for the first couple of days which could explain the mildew... just completly lost not sure what to do at this point.

I Agree with this completely! You could leave it alone and chances are, your plants will be perfectly fine. But if you want the roots to grow deeper, I would recommend adding some soil around the plant and watering to pack it down some. DO NOT just pack the soil down with your hands unless you...

Its debatable. Plants seem to grow perfectly on 24-0 and 18-6, All up to the grower. Their is no hard evidence that proves the plants DO require darkness in the veg stage. So Far 24-0 during veg has worked perfectly for me, but whats the fun in growing ganja, if you cant add you're own schemes...
