Gas is actually a great feeling whenever you're not able to shit..trust me, I know. but back in my high school days whenever the OC 's were like roxies,( I would sniff about 80 mgs a day) if I went without them I would get what some people call "The Bubbling Shits" I never figured out why either.

happens to me. although I don't use all that much..i sniffed a 30 mg roxy last night and it happened..but its never been anything to bothersome...I usually tend to puke my guts up (just once then im fine) if I sniff over 30 mgs. its usually the blue roxy 30s that does it.
