Outside, on a tray, I have some blue agaves in 6" pots....I noticed yesterday that a weed seed has just sprouted up beside one of them....It's been in the 20's at night and no more than 60 in the daytime....I thought it required some heat to sprout.....Isn't this a bit odd?
You turn blue only if you apply it to your skin and stand out in the sun for ours..You'd have to be a fool to do that....It IS a good way to obtain publicity, though.
Yes---Colloidal silver is a great antibiotic that kills all germs it contacts.Doctors give massive doses to HIV patients. I've used it for years as a general supplement...Don't buy it---make it with the instructions found in a search engine inquiry. I can make a quart in just 20 minutes of 25%...
I just tried some that has been curing a grand total of 2 months--thinking that it would still be too new to have "aged"....Well,.... if THIS is smalltime, I'm gonna have to marry the more aged smoke---I'll bet it will be great!!!
For me, too---all because I cannot afford enough of the French ones to do the job for me..All my peaches are on special NemaGaurd stocks, though. My plums are on Myrobilin stocks..My only apple is on MM!!! I believe. (Malling Merton)
Too bad that ground fumigation under big tarps is not allowed...
Yes, I am starting a 30' trellis of jasmine on my east side (loud, noisy kids over there)...French marigolds will "trap" nematodes by lettiing them in , but refusing to allow them to leave for further foraging.
With concealment in mind, I let about a 8' swath of a Texas weed grow on all sides. It grows tall to 8 feet or more, and even has leaves resembling my plants. A spraying of rabbit and deer repellent keeps the critters out, also.
