I would go with the 150watt hps. bigger yield if you use it correctly. I use CFL for veg and clones and flower with a 150HPS.

I bought some light's to start. I got 2x46watt cool white CFL. I also bought !HPS 150watt. I got 2 cabinet's for VEG stage i think 46 watt CFL is enough for each cabinet. I got a closet for FLOW i will use the HPS 150 watt. I will post pic's when i get a chance any info is appreciated...
