i have done this twice now with perfect results. however eventhough all my seeds germ at a rate of 9 out of 10 i have noticed my seeds take up to 72 hours to get me a 1/4in tap root and they are way bigger than the joint doctor seeds . if your seeds are light in color they may not be done...
