ya man i have been leaving my younger plants in shade and larger ones in sun. nobody really answered shade or sun but they did lead me to a good solution. keep the pots as cool as possible. recently the heat let up to some rain which has helped considerably but when the heat returns i will probably dig holes to set my pots in and then cover them up with a non wood based mulch (termites are a problem here) so far so good. hit me up if and let me know how the mylar works thanks for the message good luck
