From my limited knowledge, there is no perfect time to start. If you feel your plant is healthy enough (which your plants appear to be) starting sooner than later would be advantageous.

Shit! That sucks, do you think maybe if I try to cut the sacs as they grow that I could harvest some bud? I think it may be worth the risk being that I have no other plants in the tent. Definitely will be going feminized from here on.

Switched the light to 12/12 over a week ago and I knew to lookout for signs of sex during this time. I read that they could possibly be calyx but I’m not sure. Any information would help, Thanks!
