Welcome to the grow tent guy says to water until runoff and then let it dry out. He says with you keep the soil wet the roots rot. So he’s wrong?

They droop 5 days after water. Wouldn’t they droop right away from overwatering? Granted this plant was underfed so maybe the roots died and that’s why it’s staying wet. I dunno

Wrong I’ve hit it the day before wilt in flower and it still does this. Even if they wilted back wouldn’t cause this. The two healthy ones I let dry complete out. They look green and perfect .
