Well actually its sucking air out of the box but it's really there for no reason because the doors are always open unless the lights are out but yeah if i was you i would use two cause it just get too hot in there without them open. And to hook up a pc fan you can find any old phone charger that has the double wires and connect the pc wires with those and tape it up with some electrical tape.
