Thank u! I was thinking that might be a good idea. This first grow I ended up having to tie a whole lot of branches to the ceiling for support. Any suggestion on the spacing of the squares? I've read u want them to be @2-3" apart. Is cargo netting to small?

I would recommend super or giant sets w comfortable weights at first and work your way up. When u super or giant set it keeps the heart rate up longer and u burn more fat while you're strengthening. I wouldn't worry about what anyone at the gym thinks. If they're worried about or clowning on...
I do the same. I do alot of position changes to target different parts of the muscles I'm working. I don't diet. I eat really well in general. Lots of protein and lots of veggies. My goal has always been to put good weight on as I am naturally lean.
