I have 24 sprayers, 1.5 ft head and 3/4" PVC for the spray manifold and I use a 420 gph pump and it works fine. A 700 will raise res temps too much. I need to exhaust the res even with my 420 gph pump because I have a small res.

They are 330 degree sprayers you can get at pretty much any hydro store. Mine are botanicare brand but you can get the EZ clone sprayers. I look for the cheapest possible ones.

Earls and stinkbud's systems are virtually identical, with the exception of a few details. I've not made and tested both systems, but I've built one with Earl's help and it is very similar to stink's.
