Thanks for all the answers. I also use fem seeds, but i do enjoy growing some regular ones and wanted to know your experiences and opinions on the 12-12 then 18-6 thing. I will just grow them on a normal veg photo period and wait, also do the cuttings thing.

Compost texture is my first bet. You can go with that 33-34% of EWC/compost, but make sure both are great in texture. And if you want to go up to 33% i would only use EWC or mostly EWC. I even use only 20% EWC because in the long term, coco/peat become more like compost in texture.

Get a better texture compost or, even better, EWC. Or don't exceed 12-15% total mix volume if your compost is very muddy/heavy. You can also add aeration.

I thought Mg def showed on lower leaves first. I normally use tap water; will go with AC water and added CalMag on these plants and see what happens. Foliar Mg also sounds like a good try.

My main mix has Calcium Carbonate and Gypsum, while the other mix is more like a standard potting soil with Dolomite instead of Calcium Carbonate and without gypsum
