I saw you were talking about Stealth Hydro. Stealth Hydro is a complete rip off, their pH up and down is unstable and nearly killed all of my plants.

Please don't buy anything from them, I did it was a waste of time and money and a learning experience. I also bought a grow tent when I could have built one out of wood for far cheaper but that's another story.

The main key to aero or ultrasonic fogging is to give the roots a rest period where they dry out, not completely but enough to force a defense mechanism that swells the root mass in an effort to find the now missing moisture. I'm using sprayers right now (not aero class) and I find 15 minutes on per hour is far more effective than 24/7.
