Way too small room for a humidifier 2×3×6

So I can not get my humidity up while the lights are on it stays right around 25 percent when the lights are off around 60 percent. My temp stays right around 78 degrees the okays are in Second week starting to see just a slight curl on the end of leaves how can I rather my humidity
