You don't COMPLETELY remove all the cannabinoids from the cannabis when you casually vape it. To remove everything you would have to vaporize it for a few minutes.. which never really happens because the vapor gets really thin and its almost like air.. so at that point when its super thin not worth it you dump it out and save it.. then you can make whatever like hash oil or cannaoil, or cannabutter.. I hear to avoid the oil though as the quality DOES suffer with BHO oil with that. But as far as butter and oil for cooking into edibles yeah it's good to go. Sometimes you can dump a bowl when you only used half of the potency in it and vualah packing on the potency for the future edibles.
