Sounds like your getting too much light or the autos are growing too fast lol. water then wait 20 mins and water again. When i restarted from seed i ran auto's same time as regular like your self. Makes sense to have something ready to smoke while the reg's go into flowering lol. Worked out great for me ! Good Luck and Happy New Gardening/year.
